A deposit is required for all services upon booking, with the amount varying based on the specific service chosen. This deposit will be clearly displayed in your cart during the checkout process. Please note that the remaining balance, which must be settled in cash only, is due at the conclusion of your appointment. Additionally, all deposits and final payments are nonrefundable.
Please arrive on time for your appointment, as we often have a full schedule. Arriving 10-15 minutes late may result in the cancellation of your appointment, and the forfeiture of your deposit. If I can accommodate your late arrival, please note that a late fee will be added to your service total.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Cancelling after this time will result in the loss of your deposit. While deposits are nonrefundable, you may transfer your deposit to a new appointment once if you adhere to the cancellation policy. Please note that no call/no shows will not be tolerated and may lead to a ban from future bookings. Same-day cancellations may incur additional fees on top of forfeiting your deposit.
Additional guests or children are not permitted. No exceptions.
Sick Policy
Your health and ours is our top priority. If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. Arriving sick will unfortunately lead to the cancellation of your session, and you may lose your deposit along with additional fees. We appreciate your responsibility and care for our space and clients.
